Sign Up

  • Tap on "Sign Up".
  • Enter the Name-Surname information and tap on "Start".
  • Enter your email address and verify your account.
  • Enter your phone number and verify your number.
  • One last step! Set a password and confirm.

How Can I Upgrade My Account to Premium?

  • Tap on your profile icon on the home screen.
  • Select "Legal Limits."
  • Select the Premium option.
  • Tap on "Switch to Premium Account."
  • You can see your missing information.
  • Tap on "Next."
  • Prepare your new T.R. ID Card.
  • Enter your credentials.
  • If you want, you can verify your new ID card with NFC.
  • Fill in your personal information.
  • Enter your address details.
  • Make sure you give all the necessary authorization. If any authorization is missing, you can grant it at this stage.
  • Scan the front of your new ID card and then the back.
  • For NFC verification, touch your ID on the back of your phone and wait for it to scan.
  • Last step! Follow the instructions on the screen.

Load Money

Load Money using Credit/Debit Card

  • Tap the "Load" button on the home screen.
  • Select “Load from Card”.
  • Fill in the card details.
  • You can save your card under a name for future transactions if you wish to.
  • Confirm the transaction.

Load Money from Bank Account

  • Tap the "Load" button on the main screen.
  • Select "Load from Bank Account".
  • Select the bank you want to load from.
  • If your bank is not on the list, tap "My current bank is not on the list".
  • View transaction information. Lydians account information will be shared.
  • Remember to write your FUPS Number in the description field.
  • When you make a transfer through your bank with this information, the money will be transferred to your account.

Order New Card

  • Tap on “New Card” from the Transactions menu.
  • Tap "Request FUPS Card".
  • Tap on the "Create" button.
  • Select the account you want to pay from and tap "Next".
  • Enter address information and save it.
  • Enter your credentials.
  • Confirm your card application.

How Can I Pay with a FUPS QR Card?

  • Tap the "Transactions" button on the main screen.
  • From the Transactions menu, tap "QR Transactions".
  • Select "Payment/Cancellation with QR".
  • Tap the "Next" button.
  • Scan the QR Code on the POS device.
  • Verify the transaction by entering your app password.
  • Select the card to be used for the payment and the account to be paid.
  • If you want, you can save the account and card information you selected.
  • Tap the "Make Payment" button.

How can I withdraw money from an ATM using a FUPS QR Card?

  • Tap the "Transactions" button on the main screen.
  • From the Transactions menu, tap "QR Transactions".
  • Select "Withdraw Money from ATM".
  • Tap the "Next" button.
  • Grant access.
  • Select the account where your money will be withdrawn.
  • If you want, you can save the account and card information you selected.
  • Enter the amount you want to withdraw.
  • Scan the QR Code on the ATM screen.

Chat

Individual

  • Tap the Chat menu.
  • Tap on the "Create" button.
  • Select the person you want to send a message to.
  • Tap the "+" button in the input field while sending a message to your friend.
  • Select "Send Money."
  • Enter the amount you want to send and tap "Send".
  • Confirm your transaction and it will be displayed as a message in the chat area.

Group

  • Tap the Chat menu.
  • Tap the "Create" button.
  • Select "New Group".
  • Select the people you want to add to the group.
  • Enter the group name and tap the "Create Group" button.
  • Tap the "+" button in the input field while exchanging messages with your friends.
  • Select Create Split Payment option.
  • On the page that opens, tap the "Start Split Payment without Expense" button.
  • The person(s) to send the Split Payment to will be automatically selected.
  • Select the account you want to pay to and add a note.
  • Select the card you want to pay with and set a password for the transaction.
  • Confirm your transaction. Your transaction will be displayed as a message in the chat area.

Send Money

To My Contacts

  • Tap the "Send" button on the main screen.
  • Select "My Contacts".
  • Select the person you want to send money to.
  • Enter the amount to be sent and write your note.
  • Confirm the transaction.

Split Payment

Split Payment without Expense

  • Select the "Split Payment" option using the "More" button on the main screen or select the "Split Payment" option from the transactions menu and tap the "+" button in the upper right corner.
  • On the screen that appears, tap the "Split Payment without Expense" button.
  • Select the people to be included in the Split Payment.
  • Set the co-payment amount. You can change the amounts of the people if you want.
  • Select the card you want to use to make the transaction.
  • Set a password specific to the transaction. (This password must be different from the passwords for the current card or Split Payment passwords. For transactions you make with a virtual card, you must specify that it is a split payment in the 3D Security step on the confirmation screen.)
  • Confirm the displayed information on the summary screen.
  • Start the Split Payment.
  • Wait for contacts to confirm the Split Payment. You can track this on My Transactions > Split Payment screen.
  • When you make a transaction using the card you defined and your specific Split Payment password, the money will be divided among the people who approved the payment.
  • If the participants' balance is insufficient at the time of payment, the missing amount will be debited from the Split Payment holder's account.

Split while Spending

  • Select the "Split Payment" option using the "More" button on the main screen, or select the "Split Payment" option from the transaction menu and tap the "+" button in the upper right corner.
  • Select the transaction you want to split from your Transactions.
  • Select people to be included in Split Payment
  • Pick the account to which the amount should be transferred and write a note.
  • You can change the amounts of people using the "Edit" button if you want.
  • Confirm the information on the summary screen.

Link Account to Card

  • Tap the "More" button on the account you want to link to the card.
  • Select "Link to Card".
  • Select the card you want to link to your account.
  • Tap the "Link Your Card" button.

Define Card to Application

  • Select "New Card" from the Transactions menu.
  • Tap the "Define FUPS Card" button.
  • Scan the QR code on the back of your FUPS Card.
  • Create your card password.
  • Verify your card by entering the 3-digit security number on the back of your card.

Confirm Account

Loading with Card

  • Tap on your profile icon on the home screen.
  • Select Legal Limits.
  • Tap the upgrade button.
  • Enter your card details.
  • Enter your credentials. (Make sure the information matches that on your ID.)
  • Enter residence information and confirm.
  • Enter the SMS code you received on your phone and tap "Next".

By Verifying the Bank Account

  • Tap your profile icon on the home screen.
  • Tap "Legal Limits".
  • Tap on the "Upgrade" button.
  • Write down your IBAN and your registration name.
  • Tap the "Verify Account" button. (You can verify your account now or later.)
  • Enter the code on the transaction receipt and tap "Verify Account". (If you can't find your code, select "I can't find the IBAN Verification Code". Follow the steps on the support page. If the code doesn't appear, you can contact us via "Support")

Social Account

  • Tap the "Social Account" button on the main screen.
  • Select the people you want to add.
  • Set account limits for users.
  • Select your tag.
  • Name your Social account.
  • Set how long the account will be valid. (If you want, the account will update itself every month with the limit you set.)
  • If you wish, you can make additional limits and definitions.
  • Confirm the transaction.

Twin Account

  • On the card screen, open the page of the card for which you want to set up a Twin Account.
  • Tap the "Activate" button.
  • Tap the "Activate Twin Account" button.
  • Select the other account you want to link to your card.
  • Set your password.
  • Confirm the transaction.
  • The twin account you added now can be used for the transactions you make by entering the password you set.

Subscriptions

This is a feature that allows you to manage your regular payments in the virtual environment It allows you to set special limits and payment authorizations for member businesses. The card and amount you choose in the subscription definition are allowed to be processed by the business you choose. This authorization can be renewed on a monthly basis. If you select the repeat every month option, the selected business will be able to make transactions for the amount you specified every month for the period you selected.

  • Select "Subscriptions" from the Transactions menu.
  • Tap the "Set up a new subscription" button.
  • Select your card that you want to use for the subscription.
  • Select the business you want to create a subscription for from the list or previous transactions.
  • Set the monthly amount you want to pay for the subscription.
  • Select your subscription period and confirm the transaction.
  • There are now as many limits as you set on your virtual card for payments from this business.
